We’re just as excited as you are, so contact us and we’ll get back to you within a few hours! After working out how we can help fulfill your event vision, just complete our booking form and pay the deposit and you're locked in!
Customise
You’ll receive a form where you can select a backdrop from our collection and choose your customisation preferences. Our team will reference your event invitation in or colour board, creating your photo proof to provide a cohesive look. It will be ready to review within the week.
Set Up
When we arrive early we’ll connect with your event planner, find our spot, and get started setting up. We go through extensive testing to make sure everything is perfect, sanitised and ready for your guests and you to enjoy!
Sharing
After your guests take their photos, they can input their phone number or email address to receive their image to their phones, or even AirDrop them. They’ll also receive access to a live gallery where they can view and download their images all night long—and for up to 180 days after your event.

Affordable, entertaining, and stylish, a ShutterPod booth will lift your event, giving guests a fun experience and creating lasting memories for you to treasure.
How much space do we need? 3 meters x 3 meters is ideal. But we have worked in smaller spaces (we even set up in a shop window one. The backdrops are generally 8 feet wide x 7.6 feet tall and the booth is ideally at least 2 meters from the backdrop.

How much space do we need?A 3 meter x 3 meter space is ideal. But we've been in much tighter spaces. As a rule, a backdrop is 8 feet wide x 7.6 feet tall and we need about 2 meters from the booth camera to the backdrop.

What power source is needed?A standard power point is all we need access to.

Can I print and also send our images digitally?Yes. You can print out your images and then Airdrop, text or email them. Plus the organiser gets the gallery at the end of the event for everyone to share.

Do you need Wifi?Yes. We come with our own Internet setup. In some venues the Internet isn't accessible so we just tap into the local Wifi if possible. And if Wifi or the Internet isn't available, we still take and print out all of the images and then send them when we get back into Internet range.
